This December, Saol Sona is coming together to support some truly deserving causes across Ireland. On December 21st, we’ll be taking on the beautiful Glenbarrow Falls to raise funds for the Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation, a charity that provides vital in-home nursing care and support to families of children with complex medical needs.
There is absolutely no pressure to donate, and no amount is too small. Every contribution- big or small -helps make a meaningful difference to a child and their family. If you’re able to support our fundraiser in any way, we would be incredibly grateful, in return for attending this free event.

➡️Meeting point: Details given when space confirmed
➡️Hike Level: Easy hike suitable for all levels
➡️Hike Duration: 2 hours approx
➡️Who’s it for: the gals and guys and pooches( on a lead!)
What to bring:
🥾 Hiking boots
💦 Water
🧥 Wet Gear- come prepared for all weathers.
🥨 Snacks for energy along the way
✨Good vibes- essential!!
Cost: Free ( a donation to The Jack & Jill Children’s Foundation of any amount would be massively appreciated in return)
Spaces are limited for everyone attendings safety.
