How do I sign up for an event?

To hear about events first, sign up for the Saol Sona Society! Members get early access to book events before they're released to everyone else. For anybody who is not a member of the Saol Sona Society, you can book events through the Events section.

Are events free?

Mostly! We host several free events each month that are open to everyone ( not just members). Saol Sona Society members also get access to exclusive free community events. We also offer paid experiences such as group trips, sauna mornings, and more.

Can I come to an event alone?

Absolutely — most people come solo! Saol Sona was created for people to connect, make new friends, and enjoy nature together. You'll feel welcomed the moment you arrive and trust us you will leave with tons of new friends.

Do I have to be a member of the Saol Sona Society to attend?

Nope! While members get perks like early access, discounts, and community-only events, everyone is welcome to join and book any public events. Saol Sona is a community for everyone.

Where do events take place?

Events happen all across Ireland, and we’ll be launching trips abroad soon too so stay tuned.

I don’t drive - can I still come?

Yes. We help facilitate carpooling via group chats for each event, but it’s your responsibility to arrange your own transport.

What age group are events for and are they only for girls?

Our events are for 18+ only. Most attendees are in their 20s and 30s, but everyone over 18 is welcome.

I bought a ticket for a paid event but can no longer attend - can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable. However, if you message us, we’ll do our best to help by checking if anyone on the waitlist would like to take your spot.

I signed up for a free event and can no longer attend. What should I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you can’t make it to a free event so your space can go to somebody else who would like to come.
