Get ready for a jam-packed adventure weekend in Cork! We’re heading to Ballyhass Adventure Centre for two nights filled with activities, good food, campfires, plenty of laughs and the chance to meet a whole group of new people.
Whether you come solo or with a friend, the weekend is all about getting outdoors, trying new things and having a bit of craic along the way. You don’t need to have experience in any of the activities — just be willing to give them a go!

It’s a LOT packed into one weekend!
Friday evening will give everyone time to arrive, get settled in and meet the group before we kick off the weekend of fun!
Saturday will be our main adventure day with activities throughout the day and into the evening.
We'll have more activities on Sunday before wrapping up the weekend.
Please note that all activities are weather dependent and the itinerary may change slightly depending on conditions.

An €80 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
Booking: €80 deposit
January 30th: €100
February 20th: €100
March 20th: Remaining balance
Activities are weather dependent and may be amended, substituted, rescheduled or cancelled if conditions do not allow them to take place safely.
A reasonable level of mobility and fitness is required to participate in the activities.
No previous experience is required for the activities unless otherwise stated.
Participation in activities is at your own risk. By booking, participants acknowledge that outdoor and adventure activities carry an inherent level of risk and agree to take personal responsibility for their own health, safety and wellbeing.
Participants should disclose any medical conditions, injuries or other relevant information that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Participants are responsible for arranging appropriate personal/travel insurance if desired.
The €80 booking deposit is non-refundable.
All payments are non-refundable once made. If you can no longer attend, your place may be transferred to another person subject to an administration fee and approval by Saol Sona.
The exact itinerary and order of activities will be confirmed closer to the weekend and may change.
