Join us on Sunday August 30th for a nice morning stroll at Punchestown racecourse followed by a sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi at Sos Beag Sauna in Naas, Co.Kildare

This is a small group event with only 12 spaces available suitable for all fitness levels.
Where? Naas, Kildare. The exact meeting point will be sent to those confirmed to attend.
Time? Meeting at 10.30am for our coffee and walk before heading to the sauna at 12.00 ( you can come along for just the sauna if you would like to)
Difficulty: Easy- flat walk suitable for all levels.
What to bring: Runners will be perfect for walking. Swimsuit, two towels and water for the sauna.
Price? €18.00 (coffee and treats not included)
